  I am not one to complain EVER! Believe me when I say, stay away from this company no integrity here. They do not care about quality service or their costumers, all that matters to them is making a sale with lies. I had called days before, because I live 60 miles away and over the phone it was the best pricing all around. My husband drove down to give them A sample of the exact material we wanted for our siding. He gave them his ID so they could get the address where it would all be delivered and paid upfront. The morning of delivery we received a call asking us for our address and the guy said he was not aware we were 60 miles out, but he would waive the $50 delivery fee... this we thought was nice, but he knew what he was doing, I’ll explain read on. It was close to their closing hours and we called because we hadn’t received anything. The delivery guy had reported he had delivered and had gotten a signature for receiving. They realized the delivery guy had delivered to the wrong address because the invoice didn’t even have our address on it nor my husbands name. They were very nice about fixing the mix up and came the very next day to bring everything to our home. After this, days later when we start construction we realize they gave us 2! 2 different types of siding! We hadn’t realized before because it was placed on the bottom. We paid for the most expensive kind, but we got half of our order of the cheapest flimsiest material for siding ... well no wonder they didn’t care about the $50 delivery. These people new what they were doing and were successful in confusing us from the get go . I will never buy from them again and will be speaking to a manager, stay away, no integrity in this business.

  I prefer shopping locally but after requesting 2 quotes for lumber to build a house and nothing in return, Home Depot will quote and sell to me. Thanks anyway.
