  We just moved to Elko (from Arizona) at a tough time in the housing market. No builders were taking new contracts and not much was available on the market that was what we were looking for. I was able to meet with Dave at Bailey Homes and immediately found the home I loved - the Lakemoor model! Dave has gone above and beyond to help make some minor changes to the floor plan to fit our family’s needs! And between Keri, Liza, and Mishala’s help selecting colors and all the other final selections…this process so far has been a breeze! I’m super excited for our new home to be ready (3 months and counting)!! Thanks for all you do at Bailey Homes to make this difficult process enjoyable and easy…especially during such a tough time for buyers!!

  Moving into a new town from overseas, and Bailey homes has been most accommodating providing me with the option to conduct all business on-line. The photos they sent of options and upgrades are clear, well organized and gave me confidence that the choices I made would look the way I expected. They were prompt in responding to requests for information and to make corrections on paperwork. I can't wait to move in to my new Bailey Home.
