  Make this company your LAST RESORT!! They installed a garbage disposal for an 83 year old woman whom I care for. There were two of them there for a whopping 38 minutes & charged her $458! I priced the exact disposal they put in at Lowes for a little over $80. They didn't give her a receipt so I called that same day & left a message stating I wanted an itemized receipt sent immediately. We got the receipt yesterday & all it shows is that the garbage disposal was replaced. For that price I was assuming that damnned disposal was gold! They totally took advantage of an elderly woman living alone. It's unbelievably disappointing.

  We ended up needing a plumber because our toilet wouldn’t stop running, as a result of a valve needing replacement and needing a new stopper. I felt the pricing and help with the valve replacement was very smooth and helpful especially considering the lack of personal knowledge I had about where my shut off valve was etc, and greatly appreciated being shown and educated on it. My one area of concern was the lack of knowledge on our brand/parts when it came to the stopper. He stated he hadn’t seen the brand and suggested we replace the whole toilet (either $500 via the company or $100-150 approx for our own install) as it would be cheaper than additional parts. We found a replacement stopper at Lowe’s for $11.00 and even found our brand of toilet/parts readily available there for future needs. Definitely glad I looked into it as opposed to spending significantly more for just a simple quick fix, so I’d suggest doing a little research before committing to large more expensive options.

  Was busy but took time out of his day to help with my A C unit. Will call him when I need a repair man for a heating or cooling.
