We used Foundation1 to completely rebuild 2 basement walls and push another one back up and support it. They did a great job and done it quickly and professionally. I do not live in the KC area and needed to find a contractor that could be counted on to be honest and stand behind their work. Foundation1 has fit that bill. The work I had done was a year and a half ago and the basement has stayed dry the whole time.

We had seven piers installed under our foundation in one corner of our house where settling had occurred. The workers came on the scheduled day and finished on the scheduled day. When the piers were in, they adjusted them until all our doors stopped sticking. They should stay that way, and we can now repair and repaint over cracks inside. They also patched all visible cracks in the unfinished part of our basement. All in all, the work was excellent, and we were completely satisfied.

Foundation 1 provided us with excellent service. They sent 2 inspectors out for a thorough assessment of our problem. They carefully listened to me. No mansplaining, a woman-friendly business. Josh and his team repaired a leaky pavement crack adjoining an exterior basement wall, as well as an adjoining step which had separated from the front porch and was funneling additional water to the pavement crack. They also repaired the leaking cracks of the interior side of the basement wall. Foundation 1 was professional, attentive, and worked with us to repair our problem in December before winter snow and rain would have delayed repair and caused more damage.
