  It was an emergency and they were running behind but they managed to get someone to my home and unclog my drain so that my bathroom worked without flooding the basement. The gentleman they assigned to my call was very kind worked quickly and still managed to answer all my questions. So thankful for this experience being almost pleasant, darn emergencies. Excellent work kind plumber and decent customer service, handled very well from beginning to end!

  I am generally reluctant to use big companies due to the lack of customer service. I was forced to use a big company, as the Mom and Pop shop I’ve been using just didn’t have the equipment to handle what needed to be fixed. I am happy to report, that I have been highly impressed with the customer service and would not hesitate to call Roto Rooter again in the future. I’ve had several different plumbers from RR out to my house over the last couple of days, including The Supervisor in order to diagnose the issue and discuss different ways to correct the problem. They were in constant contact with me, returned calls generally within the hour, even gave me business cards with their cell phone number. I called only once to the main 800 number to initiate the work order and after that, I spoke directly to the people who would be showing up. RR made me feel like I was still working with a Mom and Pop company and not a company who’s net worth is somewhere around $151 million. Please know what needed to be fixed, was not cheap and cost me almost $3000.00. I would not hesitate to use RR again in the future. Job well done RR, other multi-million Dollar companies could learn a lot from your business model.

  Cory did a fantastic job! Our sewer backed up into the garage. We called Roto-Rooter at 8pm on a Saturday and they said they could send someone within 4 hours. Cory showed up about 10pm. He was very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing! He took care of the problem in an hour and gave me tips on cleaning up the mess. He even offered to give me a pair of gloves to do it! I'm was very pleased with his service!!!
