I had a water leak in my garage. I first hired a leak detecting company to isolate the leak and they couldn’t. I had a plumber to detect the leak and he couldn’t. Than based on the recommendation of a friend I hired Roland. These guys in no time isolated the problem and fixed it quickly for a reasonable price. I have nothing but words of admiration for them. I very strongly recommend them. I am sure that you will not be disappointed at all. You will get the best quality work at a very reasonable price.

Two guys came out for minor repairs to toilets then line had to be opened every task they added more to cost which came to over $400. One guy was not happy with his coworker. I didn't call them back because didn't want them to return. One toilet still does not flush/work properly.

We came out an repaired 3 commodes and unstopped 1 commode on June 7th 2021. All of our work came with a 90 day warranty. I have attempted 3 time to contact Miss Carver but no answer so I left a message. Miss Carver please feel free to call 260-7059 and ask for Rolland I help any way I can

They were the only plumbing company I called that would quote me a price over the phone. Excellent company and professional service from what I experienced. Very satisfied with the new faucet.

December 23 2021 a plumber from the Rolling Reasch Plumbing replaced my water heater at the Evergreen Apartment Club.

Because I had to go out of town, I was not able to babysit the maintenance team at my apartment complex or the Plumbing company to ensure the job was done.

I called the property manager at the Evergreen apartment club to make sure my unit had hot water. They assured me the water heater was replaced and I had working hot water.

When I retuned to my apartment after vacation, I was still without hot water.

The Plumber from Rolling Reasch installed the hot water heater abd didn't check its function before he left.

The Management at Evergreen Club apartments in Jacksonville Florida didn't follow up withbthe service and dropped the ball as well, leaving me without hot water for 8 days .

Rolland Reach and Evergreen Club Apt failed to uphold Florida section 11 of the required tenants rights to dwelling that is fit to be lived in with working Plumbing (hot water)

We tried  3 days to get in this unit
The 23rd 24th and 25th of December so this tenant would not be without hot water. We did not get in until 27 December we installed the heater and there other issues that needed to be resolved other than the water heater leaking I’m sorry you feel that Rolland Reash Plumbing was at fault if there’s anything I can do for you feel free to reach out to me my phone number is 260-7059 and ask for Rolland

The last 2 jobs I had from Rolland Reash were nightmares to deal with. 2 years ago we had the plumber come out to fix a line behind the fridge only to have a leak gushing out, costing us alot of money and time to replace our floors in the kitchen area.

The first 3 pictures are the old plumbing and the last 2 pictures are how roll and Reash installed them.

6 months ago we decided to try again assuming this was a fluke. Plumber assembled everything together and as he explained how he assembled the shower lines, the pipe busted and splashed water everywhere. Within 30 seconds of running water spilling out this damage our new drywall panels, our new laminate floor we just installed in this area days before this incident, and damages are now showing up in our shower floor. Because of this they didn't charge us for the install and had someone come redo the floor. We bought the supplies and they installed the floors. Unfortunately I can't come to terms with how they handle these situations and for that we now have Tactical Plumbing coming through for us. These pics are the before and after of what the pipe looked like and where it broke off.
