  The next day after Jody reconnected our sink the pipes under sink snapped, flooding the kitchen. He chose a wrong pipe which was too short putting a lot of strain on the whole pipe assembly, improperly connected the dishwasher hose. It's a simple sink reconnect which took him 1.5 hours and cost us $600 that turned in a complete disaster. I have to thank though the next plumber, who got everything right and did a great job, who they sent to fix and clean up after Jody.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Absolutely the worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The technicians were not knowledgeable, they were not honest with pricing, and just overall took advantage. They made the problem much worse and did not follow up to even attempt and fix their mistakes. Just please save yourself the headache and hassle and do not use this company. You will be disappointed and you will spend a very unnecessary amount of money for nothing to be accomplished. I wish I could give them 0 stars!

  Steven Repaired my septic alarm system, he explained what steps he will do to fix the electrical issues. Results were excellent and I am very impressed with his Customer service. Steven was transparent with his work and Safety, I am sure that he will treat you the same.
