  I was charged $85 to remove hair out of my sink and I was so nice as to given him paper towels and a towel. I will NEVER call this company again.

  I HATE to write bad reviews for anyone. I'd much rather write glowing good reviews and I've written a lot of them. Unfortunately, I have to write a bad review for this company. I called Monday morning with 5 small household plumbing jobs that I needed done. I was not given any estimates or indications of cost but since they were small, fairly easy jobs I wasn't too worried. After several calls I finally got Rich out here. 2 of the jobs he said he would not touch. OK fine. I asked him to go ahead and do the other 3. He did one very small job, but couldn't fix the leaky sink faucet because he said the faucet was not "name brand." So, I told him to just go ahead and do the most important job I needed which was to switch out a hose bib on the side of the house. He said he had to come back the next day. Fine. It takes him over TWO and a half hours the next day and he comes to the door and tells me that he's finished but the hose bib leaks. I told him I did not want a leaky hose bib and so he said he would fix it. Isn't that part of the job? Anyway then he asks me if he should replace the siding he took off the house. Well, yeah! Of course if you took it off you should put it back, right? So, finally he's done and charges me what I feel was an outrageous amount for the 2 out of 5 small jobs he did. (Update: after calling and speaking to the supervisor, they DID take off 1 hour of the plumber's time but the bill was STILL much higher than it should have been for small jobs and slow, shoddy work) I spoke to another plumber that I had to out do the jobs the ASAP plumber wouldn't do and the other plumber told me that he would have charged me a fraction of what the ASAP plumber charged. Ugh. Lesson learned. I will not call ASAP plumbing for anything in the future. The office girls (Tricia and Joan) were very nice on the phone (I had to call many times during this process) but they were very sweet. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. I am NOT at all confident in the job he did and I'm very worried that my hose bib will leak. By the way, the other plumbers I called did their jobs quickly, efficiently and within the estimate they gave me before they started work. I wish I'd called them first!

  I had a foundation leak in my home. I wish I called ASAP first. After numerous other local provider gave me astronomical bids and long delayed start times I found ASAP. ASAP devised an ingenious solution and was able to make the repairs necessary at a fraction of the cost of the competitors. It is nice to know there are still honest folks like these out there that are truly professionals of the trade.
