  Great experience! Phil and Adam were friendly and professional. Our toilet was constantly running water, and we could not figure out why. They assessed the situation, determined it was a water pressure issue instead of just a toilet part, and made the necessary corrections. They also replaced the toilet parts due to the wear & tear and now everything is great! Phil took the time to answer all of my questions, which was helpful as this is the first house I have ever lived in. He also went above and beyond by giving some practical advice about my water heater and water valves. Would highly recommend.

  Larry Jennings had done work before for me at one of my office parks. He did great work and in a timely manner. But now he has done a 180. I called Larry 4 weeks ago about fixing a water leak at one of my buildings and he said they would get on it the next day. Well I assumed it was fixed then got my water bill of over $2000 and called him this past Friday and he said he had forgotten. I politely said I understood and he went by the building the same day. Larry assured me his crew would be there first thing Tuesday morning to fix the issue since it was Labor Day weekend. Which again I politely said I understand. I went by the building today because I have been out of town recently and saw that he once again never showed up. I tried calling Larry and he wouldn't answer so I left a message. I have since called two more times and he hasn't had the deceny to call me back. All I can say is STAY AWAY from this company. I have now hired another plumber to come out and am stuck with one heck of a water bill thanks to Larry. Lesson learned do not use First Response Plumbing!!

  Worst experience ever. The should be renamed "Last Response Plumbing". That is if you ever get a call back. I have called for three days straight for them to fix a part they previously fixed at my office building and they have yet to call me back or contact me in any way. I feel like they are just trying to avoid me so they will not have to fix the work that was not done correctly the first time, even though I have already paid them for it. So fed up with them. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER!!!!
