My toilet had backed up into the shower and on top of what that mess was also dirt and rocks in the mix. It eventually went down and I got it cleaned up. This company came recommended so I called them and explained the situation and they made an appointment to come and investigate the problem and see what was causing the issue. Never came never called Never canceled. I know my issue is going to be a serious problem. There should not be dirt in my sewer line. So obviously this is not First Quality professionalism so I will take my business elsewhere.

They were great! Had a septic problem. Been here abt 4 yrs and evidently my tank hadn't been cleaned for years (way before we moved in, according to the guys)😬. They explained everything and showed me tank when they were done. Definitely recommend them!

Called regarding an issue with our kitchen sink. The technician (Chris) was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to resolve our issue pretty easily. Would definitely recommend!
