  Felix and Nick are amazing!!!! They are so kind, informative, and funny. We spend quite a few days with them as they had to re-pipe what felt like our entire house. Alternate Design gave us a very fair price and came when they said they would. Both my husband and I spoke to Dave in the office several times trying to figure out what issues we could be having with our old house even before anyone came out. This company has a vast knowledge of all things plumbing. We couldn't have found a better company to work with and just loved seeing Felix and Nick every day. Thank you so much for everything that you did!!!!

  My experience is proof the reviews I read are true. Felix was our serviceman, and believe me, he made a world of a difference. Highly professional a very personable. You can see his decades of experience in the craftsmanship of his install. This company isn't here to make a profit off your misfortune in plumbing, they provide top notch service at a reasonable cost. Save there contact info in your phone, you wont regret it.

  After arriving on time, Felix patiently walked me through how he was going to complete the various aspects of the job and promptly got to work. He provided regular opportunities for me to check on progress and asked for input/confirmation before proceeding with certain items, which I appreciated. The man worked all day, removing a water tank, hooking up a tankless water heater, and diligently installing a water softener system. Felix is a man that’s passionate about his work, and it’s evident that he takes great pride and care in ensuring that things are done the right way. He was jovial, personable, and honest, and he put me at ease with his knowledge and professionalism. Felix is a credit to the Alternate Design Plumbing team and we would certainly request his services again.
