Excellent customer service by Justin and Stephanie. They were very pleasant to be around and compassionate to our freezing situation. I was told up front about the service call fee ($85 but will be applied towards amount of the repair if repairs are needed), and they took my credit card over the phone. Justin explained exactly what the problem was and why the igniter was out (NOTE: we have only had our home for just over a year and the previous owners did not do regular maintenance on the furnace so it took 10 years off the life of the furnace. Service your furnaces!) and cleaned it. He also did a carbon monoxide check and prepared us that we would need a new furnace in about 3 years and should probably start saving now (they can run around $3800 he said). Our furnace did quit working again in the middle of the night the next night, but they came out and replaced it in 10 minutes no charge. Will definitely use it again. xox

Do not recommend need my furnace fixed they showed up reset it cycled it and said it would work. Two hour late it stopped working called and was told that if they could get someone to come work on it I would be changed after hours fees. The was told they couldn't get anyone to work on it. So I asked for a refund and got all but 59 dollars back. I called another company they found my vent was plugged and the motor was bad

Hired Fireside to install and hvac into my home. They failed to obtain permitting, showed up late/left early/took frequent smoke breaks and long lunches, threatened other costumers on the phone in front of my kids, project took longer than expected, the unit didn't run properly and was installed poorly, I had to miss work because of the delay in completion. They requested our five person family including an infant to stay in a hotel while they did the installation so they could work during the night which was a huge inconvenience. The city inspector made them remove the unit due to a plethora of violations, when they showed up to remove the unit only one guy came because his helper was in jail so I had to spend nearly five hours helping him remove the unit. Then when I finally thought it was over I get an invoice from them for stuff I let them leave installed so they could finish and get back to other work. When I asked the tech what they had decided to do for the removal there was no mention of any type of charge for leaving some installed work. And this doesn't even begin to mention all the destruction and filth they left in my home.
