Everyone I talked to was extremely friendly and professional. The dispatcher was able to get us a quick service appointment and even called back to get us an earlier appointment that day due to the techs running ahead of schedule. Cody who initially came to give us a quote on a new central air system (and also installed) was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Cody and Will did a wonderful job on install. They were very professional and respectful in my home. Cody even answered other questions I had unrelated to the services they provided. I am very happy with my experience. I will use Champion in the future and I highly recommend.

Cody came in very knowledgeable and hard working. He stayed at my house a couple times till like 7PM trying to get finished up with the job. He installed a A/C unit and furnace in my house. On top of that he also, did some electrical work for me that was completely separate. He was relentless in fine tuning our A/C to perfection! The company also offers 0% financing which can't be beat! I signed up for the warranties and yearly inspections care plans as well! Worth every single penny! I recommend these guys hands down! They know what they are doing and WILL get the job done. Turns out Cody and I have a lot in common and along the way I made a new friend!

Our water heater/furnace went out last week. We called late in the afternoon and was able to talk to person, (the other places we had to leave a voice message), and a person was able to respond within 1 hour. The young man the showed up was very polite and knowledgeable. He was able to fix the problem in 15 minutes. Would recommend this place and use again.
