  I called several HVAC companies for an emergency repair to my furnace.No other companies were available from 2 days to 2 weeks.Matt from Fire and Ice came to my home within an hour and the repair was complete within another hour! Matt explained the problem was was a clogged furnace vent and showed me how it got clogged and what he did to rectify it.The cost was not several hundred dollars but 1 hour of labor, no parts, and $115 total.. Matt was courteous, professional, timely and thorough..I will definitely call Fire and Ice next time I need HVAC services on my Lennox furnace.

  Fixing other companies mess ups 1 job at a time. Unfortunately Fire and Ice did not put in our initial ac unit a year ago. Matt quickly let us know the previous company had put in a unit much too large for our building. He sent his guys in on our day off to swap out the unit. The office staff and his employees were super easy to get along with and got the job quickly. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST THANK YOU!
