  I don't normally take the time to do this. I'm a plumber from out of state I'm up here doing a project and I now wish Mountain Supply would open a store where I'm from. the entire crew there has been above board on everything helping us out they don't have no in them they are an amazing crew. But I have to say that Eric and Kennan have been the most helpful and dedicated people I have ever worked with in the plumbing supply industry. Keep it up guys thanks for being you!

  Outstanding customer service and parts support, for a diy-er home owner! They had what I needed, and covered the cost of a part that was just out of warranty, and even though the manufacturer said they wouldn’t cover it! Then, turns out due to a misdiagnosis by the companies tech support, I didn’t even need the $120 part, and they didn’t even ask me to pay for it! Couldn’t ask for better customer service! Thank you Ryan R! You earned a lifelong customer.

  Fantastic service!!! I came at closing time.(thought they closed an hour later.) Made sure I felt welcome, took care of me, loaded my culvert on the truck, dug deep in their inventory for specialized product, and rang me up before closing the till. I'll be back!
