  I scheduled generator service after the original company that installed it blew me off. I couldn't be happier with the service! The staff are friendly, professional, and efficient. The technician that performed my service was outstanding! 5 stars all around!

  Our experience was quite different from others leaving reviews. Dan is very knowledgeable and we were impressed with him at the point of sale. We were disappointed in the quality of their work as well as Dan’s responsiveness to issues. We had to clean up the areas where digging was done. Dan had told us that upgrading our electric was going to be challenging and that he would do it personally. Instead he sent one of his employees. As a result, there were a few issues taking a couple days to sort out. Ground wires on the outside of the house were not secured properly. Another issue regarding the propane supplier and the placement of the regulator has recently been resolved, two months after the generator was installed. We love the generator and we’re glad we made the investment. Although we had some issues with the installation, I would like to change my original score of 2 to 4. Finger Lakes Power reached out to me to make things right. I appreciate their efforts to ensure customer satisfaction. My first year maintenance was free of charge. I have since purchased a maintenance plan and look forward to them taking care of my Generac. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

  The problems that we had with the propane regulator location were immediately pointed out to the propane installer. We typically do our own propane work, yet this company did not want that done as it was a leased tank. Their resistance to changing the configuration (even after we sent them proper documentation as backup) is what took the 2 months to resolve. The ground wire being re-secured was 100% on us, and it was resolved promptly. We have since talked and I hope you appreciate the year if free maintenance and monitoring that we offered. We look forward to taking care of your generator with annual maintenance and monitoring.

  Our project had some difficulties, but Finger Lakes power systems saw it through to the end and every issue (None caused by Finger Lakes power systems princess)was resolved. Very prompt follow through and checked in one month after project was completed.
