Came in this morning looking specifically for a WHITE water heater. We were told by the associate that they had white ones and was even shown a photo of them being white. We purchased it from Ferguson because Lowes only offered gray which we didn't want. When we got it home and out of the box it was GRAY. When we called to say we got the wrong one they informed us that they only have gray ones. Our old water heater was already out and and the plumber was there to hook up the new one so we couldn't return it. The gray one at Lowes was $140 cheaper than this one so I am extremely unhappy. It may seem odd to care about color but my laundry room is a 6x6 foot space so the water heater is important to me to look nice.
