Excellent, Above and Beyond Customer Service! From the phone to in person. Everyone is friendly, kind and honest. They don't haggle or pressure you to buying more than what you need. This hidden away treasure was an extreme delight to visit today. The gentleman I went with said this is a great place to come when you need to find plumbing supplies for older homes. I'm no plumber but I was impressed with their inventory and they were very informative and pleasant to talk to. Thank you Richard for the business cards.

Visiting from Michigan and needed to help my niece fix her toilet. Guys at Fergusons helped out with the rebuild parts I would go there again when I come back and need plumbing supplies great place thank guys!
