  Waited over a week past when they said they would be out before calling at 7 am to tell us they were coming the same day, meanwhile my sink was backing up and damaging my floors. Then while they were fixing it, unplugged the water supply to my dishwasher which I had to call someone else out to fix, all the while being rude and threatening about being "accused of breaking something" (I literally just wanted to know why my dishwasher stopped working as soon as they left, never claimed they broke anything). Was unfortunately referred to these people, but will do my best to make sure no one makes the same mistake.

  Was told they are busy and the fact that they didn't show up on the days they said they would seem to verify this. The part we had a hard time with, was that they don't bother calling to communicate their status. So we finally called someone else.
