  Another great experience with Duncan! About 6 months ago they replaced two complete systems for me and I am extremely happy with the performance of the new units. The other day I was having intermittent issues with the heat from one of the units and they sent Tyler out the same day even though they were incredibly busy. He was able to locate the problem and fix it quickly. It had nothing to do with the new equipment, it was actually some aged wiring coming from the house to the new unit. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and even called the next day to make sure everything was still working properly. This company is amazing and everyone is very friendly. Their products are top of the line with very fair pricing.They are also strong supporters of the Military! If you don't have a company you are happy with or trust, please give Duncan a try and you won't be sorry.

  We are beyond happy with the service we received today! The tech (Tim) was here on time, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He had us up and running within one hour at an incredibly honorable price. We will absolutely use them again should we need it in the future. A+++

  I called Duncan Heating to service my A/C unit and make sure it was ready for warmer weather. Tyler came out and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He took care of everything and cleaned the unit. It looks brand new! I always call on them for service and maintenance and I highly recommend them
