  Update: please note in the companies reply, they’re claim to take covid serious yet no explanation as to why ever single customer and employee wasn’t wearing a mask yet they singled out my wife and I who they didn’t know as regular customer. We are thankful that we were able to find Sanders from this ordeal as they have delivered our whole house plumbing needs and radiant supplies at a better rate than phone quoted by Falk and couldn’t be more happy with their customer service. Falk will not get another opportunity and should take the review as a lesson for future potential customers who enter their establishment. Visited their store today for the first time. Regular customers all inside without masks and the guy behind the counter who wasn’t covering his face with his mask stated my wife and I were required to wear masks to be in the store. He wasn’t going to have anyone else where them, just us. Made no sense what so ever, we walk all will take our new construction materials sales to another company who acts right.

  The guy at the counter is not friendly, very unhelpfull and extremely condescending. I am not a professional plumber, but multiple times I have gone in there needing a simple adapter, so I explain to him what "part" I have that I need to fit to another "part" and he wants to ask me (condescendingly) what specific part I want and throw all these technical terms out after I've told him I do not know, which is why I am asking an "expert". I AM however an expert in audio, so when some one is asking ME how to make sound come out of their stereo from their phone, I ask a few simple questions and provide them with options to look at... I don't start asking them a bunch of technical jargon when I know they do not understand it. I am extremely dissatisfied/disappointed in every experience I have had at Falk Plumbing supply. To the old gentleman at the service desk, I apologise I made your job so difficult by not being an "ole buddy" Master Plumber that's been doing business with you for 20+ years and know exactly what I need. I will ask Google and shop online in the future.

Our counter personnel are experienced, professional plumbers in their own right. In order to minimize mistakes, sometimes it takes time to figure out from all the brands, types, styles and variations the exact part a customer needs. Often, this may require a lot of questions.   I am a driver that made a delivery into Falk plumbing supply in Hot Springs Arkansas. I will agree with the reviews that the store and employees are extremely polite and helpful. The problem I have is with the receiving manager he is extremely rude and miserable to be around ,and from the rumors to work with. I’m not sure if his wife had relations in the past with a truck driver or what but he is extremely rude and not a nice person. Note to management : I don’t know if this employee has blackmail photos of one of your company executives or what, but I think if you got rid of this douche bag it would boost your warehouse employee morale by about 78 1/2%. Just my observation from an outsider and my opinion from someone who dealt with him first hand.
