  I recently completed an update of a small bathroom. Rachael was amazing. She answered my many questions and sourced products that would work in my bath and within my budget. She was always upbeat, professional, and responded quickly.

  Focus here is on pro plumbers but despite not being one I have always received excellent service and advice here. Highly recommend FW Webb! They always have what I need.

  The sales person was great knowledgeable ect. Thus the one star.. then we never got an estimate. After calling we got one that was incomplete. We asked again. The sales person was rude. So you lose Supply new England
