Josh , tech (8546) was extremely informative, very knowledgeable and extremely nice. He arrived to the job in the time he said he would, he introduced himself and then came into the building to access the issues. He was very professional in his walk through and asked very direct questions to pin point the problem. He then informed me of the exact actions he was going to complete to remedy the issue. He then provided me a quote which broke down the entire job and informed me of the risks that could come when snaking the line if pipes were previously damaged. He was extremely honest and was comfortable with me observing the process of cleaning the drain. Josh then tested the drain a dozen times to ensure it was in fact truly unblocked, he provided me with some tips and tricks on pipe maintenance to help ensure this issue would not happen again. Josh was very helpful and the service he provided was top notch, he definitely represented the company in the most professional way possible. Will definetly continue to call this company in the future as long as all the employees are as pleasant and professional as he was. Great interaction and great service. Thank you

Brenden assessed my toilet issue, quickly determined the best way to fix it and did just that. He was extremely knowledgeable and did everything he needed to do to get the job done and my toilet working properly again. I would highly recommend Brenden again for any toilet issues. Shane L is amazing! He came in, made great conversation and fixed our issue. Our toilet was not flushing and backing up for 2 weeks and with in 30-45 minutes he repaired 2 weeks of struggle for us. All around 5 stars and amazing technicians.
