I am a new homeowner and the previous owner was an F.H. Furr customer. I am so glad I continued service with this company. I couldn't have asked for a better and more professional Service Technician. Donnie N. arrived punctually, was professional, friendly, and willing to answer the many questions I had to learn more about my HVAC system and its proper care and maintenance. He answered all my questions in detail, and in a way a layperson could understand. He made sure that I had an excellent experience with F.H. Furr.

Tried to get a quote. Other plumbers had no problem telling me how much it would cost to replace a kitchen faucet (at least a reasonable estimate, I understand it may not be set in stone). This place has to come see it, they can't possibly give an estimate over the phone. If they don't know what it takes to replace a kitchen faucet, I don't want them working on it. It's absurd that I have to have them come out to get an estimate for something so basic. Seriously, they should have more than enough experience by now to know. "But every sink is different, we can't possibly give an accurate estimate without seeing it." Yeah, well, lots of other plumbers know how to replace a faucet...

Ultimate professional. Showed me every little default and defect he found. He explained some of the smaller ones that could become issues in time but didn’t pressure me to repair them now to add to his bill. We had issues with 4 of the 5 toilets in the house and got them all fixed in no time (we 2 and half hours but it was 4 toilets) could not be happy with the service. Their HVAC road supervisor was out here the day before and proving why he is a supervisor he located and isolated the issue the first tech couldn’t ID in less than 20 minutes. He found it because he could hear the problem. That’s experience and knowledge right there.
