  Been working with Cardinal Plumbing for over a year now. Great team and service quality. We had our water heater replaced and recently joined their subscription plan for ongoing maintenance.   Jack was scheduled for a plumbing review at my home. He arrived promptly at the beginning of the time window. He did a thorough review of all my plumbing fixtures, repaired the problems I was having and replaced my old water heater. He did a great job and left my house as neat as when he arrived. He was very polite and informative. I am very happy with Cardinal.

  Called in to fix a leaky water heater; prior installation was… not to code, to put it lightly. Quoted $4900 for a 75 gallon commercial tank with installation and removal of old tank. !!! Work was done well, tech was perfect, and the booking was absolutely seamless. No issues there whatsoever. It really couldn’t have been any better. But please shop around! This was on the very high end of estimates. Whether or not it’s worth the premium $ will probably depend on warranty service / follow-up over time. Also note that the provided estimates were not itemized. It’s just something like ‘Water heater and installation: $49xx.xx” Knowing what I know now, I’d probably have looked around a bit more before committing. I doubt I’d use Cardinal again. 5 stars for the work, 1 for the price. So three it is.
