  Women beware. I wish I could give them zero stars. They sent a plumber out, he took two hours more than I was told. When he arrived, he essentially poked my well with a shovel and spouted off a random fix; never even properly investigating. He spoke to me like many men do in situations like these. They assume that you have no technical knowledge. He had the nerve to come in and tell me that the job was going to cost $2700 because the parts were soldered together. THE TWO PARTS WERE PLASTIC! Little did he know, this little lady was a welder in Pearl Harbor. The nerve!!! I had another company come out and fix it. I paid $825!!! Read that again, EIGHT TWENTY FIVE!!! These people are scam artist. Fancy trucks do not make you good plumbers or people. Please get second opinions before giving them your hard earned money on problems that don’t exist.

  They are the most horrible business that I have ever seen . I bought a descent price Lennox. They came 13 times to my house to fix my heat/ac but they weren’t able to fix their own system.

  Horrible Customer Service Booked an appointment for Electric service today between 10-11AM. FH FURR neglected to call me and tell me that they had an emergency that would cancel my time. Because I have dealt with FH FURR's horrible customer service before, I had gotten into the habit of calling their switch board to find out an estimated time of arrival. It was a good thing because, despite the nice lady on the other end, I was told my appointment could not happen because of the emergency. I asked, "when was someone going to call me to make other arrangements?" I understand emergencies and I would have been much more receptive if I had gotten a phone call not having the customer (me) call during the time frame to find out how long until my tech will get there. This was a very disappointing day because we only had this time. Now I have to go with someone else because FH FURR cannot give me the service I pay for, yes that is the best part; THIS SERVICE CALL IS PART OF MY CONTRACT WITH FH FURR. My question to other people, are you getting what you Paise for with FH FURR?
