  I hate doing this but have thought about and decided that I should , I was referred to them by a friend and general contractor when I had a booster pump go out , I told them i had a pump located or could get it rebuilt I told them approx what it was going to cost, they said cancel that we will provide I normally would ask for a estimate but didn’t ( my mistake ) a week later he came and installed the pump workmanship was fine took him longer as he had to leave and get parts , fine young man did the install and have no issues with that then he hands me a bill for 1500 + to replace the pump .. you can buy the exact pump for 580 to 640 .. ugg he I said to the young man this cannot be right he said it was and if I had a issue to call the boss , I called him on the spot and said what is going on this is not what we discussed , he went on to explain he doesn’t give bids and he sells Per job , I asked him his labor rate he said it was 175 a hour I said well you have only been here for a few hours , they did make a original call and inspect for 25 minutes to confirm the pump was burned up( I am mechanical and knew this already) I told him you can but the exact pump and showned his guy on the job what the price was , he said well we paid more I argued with him and did get upset .. he refused to do anything even after giving him a shot at doing the right thing , I told him I don’t have a issue with you making a buck but charging me double for the pump or labor on a simple job is not right !! They did nothing .. make sure you get a written bid !!

  Woke up to zero degree temperatures and a frozen pipe at my home. Called Executive and even though I'm sure they were swamped they made it out quickly and jumped on the problem. The service guys name was Mike and he was very thoroughly in explaining what had happened and what his recommendation was to fix before any work was completed. After the repair was complete he made sure all water sources were up and running and if I had any questions please feel free to call. I will definitely use Executive again and will be asking for Mike by name. Excellent service.

  Paul has demonstrated exceptional work ethic and the accuracy of his knowledge base could only be described as that of a Plumbing Wizard! Although his bids sometimes come in a bit higher, he has proved time and time again, that his skill and ingenuity add a value to the entire process that is unparalleled. I highly reccommend that you consider Executive for any of your plumbing or remodeling needs. I decided to write this review because I noticed 2 negative reviews and I thought, "Now that is just not fair"! The truth is, as a business man myself, I understand that 99 satisfied and happy customers will typically result in ZERO praise or in this context "positive reviews". However, if 1 customer, out of a hundred, has a bad experience (even if the misunderstanding is their own fault) it is SURE to get plastered all over the internet and they're sure to tell several people! Human nature I guess... we love bad press! Anyway, Paul is a great guy and always made me feel like he wanted the job done "right" even if it meant spending a little more, he could explain in a very logical way why the extra outlay was well justified. A sad part about this Country today is that so many contractors feel they need to compromise quality to "get the job" and still make a decent profit. It's really due to so many people wanting the job done "cheap" who don't realize how often that decision results in doing the job again....and again! Lol.. Ok ok RANT OVER! BOTTOM LINE! If you want quality work that will last, whether you need basic repairs or a full remodel, I can attest, Executive is an outfit coming from an all-too-uncommon classic fundamental American truth: Quality workmanship done with integrity IS savings, even if it costs more. .
