  Called to get an estimate on installing gas line for new oven. The dispatcher Jenn, got us an appointment for the very next morning. Jenn is AWESOME, so fast to respond and schedule. Customer service was on point! Two very pleasant plumbers, Chris and John arrived. After receiving a very reasonable quote, we ended up having them replace the water tank in addition to the gas line THE SAME DAY WE RECEIVED THE ESTIMATE the work was completed. The piping looks so clean and professional. We had them come back within a week and they installed our dishwasher, stove, toilet and did work under our kitchen sink. We will be booking them again for new kitchen sink install. All around excellent experience. Chris and John were very knowledgeable, professional and good humored. Two very long days of non stop work performed. 100% recommend / I would give 10 stars if possible.

  Had my water main from the meter into my house break... under the driveway. Called Beacon and others that were able to come out the same day. Beacon was the only company that could start the next day but they were the highest bid. Beacon had dig line out before they arrived to estimate the job. Beacon ended up working around my budget (thank you!) without any service and quality sacrifices. A new line was run and had water service returned to my house within 24 hours after the estimate. Quality work by quality people. So happy I went with them.

  Contacted Beacon late on a Sunday night and was able to schedule an appointment for first thing Monday morning with them for a non-emergency inspection. Josh arrived right on time and was extremely professional, talked me through exactly what he thought was happening and alleviated all my concerns. These guys are fantastic and gave me the peace of mind that I desperately needed. Would recommend them to anyone and will be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future.
