  Not sure why my water meter is locked up . We do automatic payment ever since we move here. Not a note on the door to say why . I guess they dont have enough work to do so they can get more money . Had to do 1 star

  They deliver water. That's about all I can say for them. The water is not fit to drink. The auto pay system is downright stupid. Not even a part of their web site. We set it up a month ago, thought we were good to go. Now we have a bill for two months, plus five dollars late fee, and apparently the auto pay isn't working. What an inept utility system, worst I've ever dealt with. Too bad there isn't a choice of providers. They really don't have to perform since they have a captive client base with no choice but them.
