  We hired Eric to inspect our house before placing it on the market. We wanted to know of any major issues before finding out from a potential buyer’s inspection. We already knew of several things that needed to be fixed. Eric found them all plus a few more we weren’t aware of. He was very efficient and thorough and provided a report the very next morning.
