      I just moved to Virginia and my cars brakes started grinding. So I had to put my car in the shop and Enterprise was open on Sunday !!! All the others were closed or closed by the time I could get to Enterprise. I was very happy because I had to report to work at the IRS first thing Monday morning. The employees were so nice and accommodating. Very friendly, one employee sent me positive vibes for the rest of my day which I definitely needed. When my car was ready at Pep Boys, i returned the rental and they dropped me off at Pep Boys! So helpful for a single woman. I have used Enterprise since 2009, I was a manager at Belk and traveled a lot for remodeling stores. I always used Enterprise and you never ever let me down. I can use credit cards , debit cards and always get my deposits back. I am looking for a new car now and will definitely look at Enterprise for a new car. Thank you so much

      The “manager” is extremely rude and unprofessional. I typically do not rent from stand alone locations but normally at an airport. I have grown to appreciate that level of service much better than a local store. The level of professionalism doesn’t exist from a managerial level at the location. Sure, he gave me a free day for the “situation” but would never take ownership of charging my card twice but told me, “it’s no problem, it’ll correct itself when you bring the car back.” You don’t knowingly double charge someone and then act like it’s no big deal. Nor do you call a customer before they pick up a car that’s rented for business and tell them they need to bring proof, like my work badge with my picture and then called me back and asked what time was I coming to get the car, my reservation was already set for 5. He was courteous to let me know if probably be getting a survey and they appreciate 5 stars, well I appreciate professionalism and descent customer service. So I guess we both lost in this situation

      I made a reservation in July to pick up a car in November. When I arrived to pick up the car I was told tough luck sorry no cars. I said to the guy working the desk that I need the car and that I made the reservation early. He said he called and left a voicemail which was a lie and I showed him my phone which did not have any missed calls or voicemails as he stated he left. I said does the reservation not work? He responded well it locks the rate but not the car. At this point a guy walks in and was greeted like he was family and they ignore me and start helping him. The guy dropped off a car and when he left the guy said sorry no cars. He said maybe 6:45 tomorrow maybe not I can not guarantee anything. I have never been treated like this before. Never again will I do business here.
