  Called on a Saturday morning regarding my water heater. John responded immediately and came to install a new water heater in record time. This was my first time using him but I’m sure it won’t be the last. I have never had a plumber responded this quickly. He was professional and cleaned up the basement area. I was more than impressed . Thanks again to John and the staff at Elite. So grateful.

  John and his apprentice did a great job in repairing a leak by replacing a valve from the 1960's when the building was built. They had to cut into the wall to replace the valve but John kept me informed of every step he is taking before proceeding. I would definitely hire him again for any plumping needs.

  Needed an old cast iron pipe replaced due to a crack. Put in a request to Elite and received a call back the same day. John was very professional and honest about the process. Hired him for the job and on the day of he was on time and courteous. He did a great job with the pipe replacement and I would happily hire him again.
