  After calling many people (plumbers, water company, other septic people we knew that wouldn’t even come to my house) I was referred to Elite. They set up my appointment, came and cleaned out my septic tank, found the problems, and came back to fix the fallen and broken pipes. Corey walked me through every step of the way so I understood what he was doing and why. I really appreciated it so I could explain to my husband. He was extremely professional and efficient! Definitely would call again and refer!

  I have used several plumbers as a restaurant owner for 10 years. I gave these guys a call along with a couple of other firms when I recently needed rodding service to unclog a mainline drain. They were the first to call me, had a guy out to the business within 1 hour (caught him finishing up at another job!) and did an extremely thorough clean out. Plumbers are not cheap, but these guys are fair, performed among the highest I have used and I would not hesitate to call them next time.

  Called to get our septic tank pumped. Took several calls to get them to respond. They send a guy out to locate the tank. And despite multiple follow up calls they never came to pump the tank. The price they quoted for the location of the tank is NOT what you pay. Expect them to charge you DOUBLE. Very unprofessional. Very unresponsive. Go with Green Apple. He was here within 2 hours and charged what he quoted on the phone.

  Wally. We apologize that you had a unpleasant experience with our company. We sent a guy up immediately to locate your tank and did charge you what we quoted for that. After locating your tank your job to pump it was not a emergency as you stated on the phone. You called the next day and I did not get back to you right away as I was extremely busy that day and taking care of urgent calls. I was of the understanding that you just needed to get the tank pumped at some time as it had not been for years. If it was stated that it was a emergency we would have gotten it done immediately. We stride to take care of our customers in a prompt manner. I was notified by other companies in your area that you had just moved back to the area are difficult to please and hard to deal with. It’s unfortunate that you go and leave bad reviews for people when you are that way. This is the first bad review our company has had in 5 years.
