  Great company! Quick responses for emergency services, product knowledge & professional work. We experienced problems with shower heads in our master bedroom bath. When Warne contacted the manufacturer for parts, they researched it further and discovered the manufacturer had problems with our particular system & thus, the cost of new shower heads was free. Quite a savings! We were so appreciative Warne Plumbing & Heating went that extra mile for us!

  Buyer beware! Once you hire the services of Warne Plumbing & Heating, you'll never be able to work with another plumbing service without feeling disappointed. I've worked with scores of plumbers around Watertown and Brookings during my summers in college remodeling houses and working for the Municipal Utilities. These folks are top notch in terms of their quality, pricing, and response time. This summer I've called Steve twice for two separate jobs. It took him less than two days to install a new copper waterline while upgrading the interior plumbing with a new shutoff valve, expansion tanks, and service lines. What I Like: -They're fast -They're professional - Steve and his crew always provides a clear scope work with accurate estimates before taking on a job. -They're family owned

  I asked them to install a kitchen faucet that my wife wanted to buy, They said they only install fixtures that they supply. That to me is poor customer service, like they only make money on the markup they tack on to stuff they sell.
