Excellent service and installation. They were SUPER fast and very professional. My partner and I have a very weird house and they were able to find a heating and cooling solution that worked perfectly for us by moving our existing mini split and adding a second one. They knew exactly what to do and worked with us every step of the way. They are definitely worth every penny!

I entered an online repair request at 10pm. I received a call back at 8:00 am the next morning and Elite scheduled a tech to come out that afternoon. The tech was very friendly and answered my many questions and had our AC up and running in 30 minutes. This is consistent with many great experiences with Elite over the years

Jennifer the office administrator couldn’t of been more helpful and professional in the whole process from start to finish. I had a remodel which required 3 new units and all new ducting.
Jennifer really knows her products and city requirements.
Elite and Jennifer are the go to people if you have any HVAC issues.
Technicians are punctual,  polite and respectful on you home.

The technician pointed out a few items to keep an eye on and helped resolve issues with my AC which was running sub-par. He was polite and courteous and worked late the get the job done. The staff in the office are always helpful in sending reminder for when maintenance is due. Appreciate the work!

Unfortunately we had a bad experience with this company. We had a maintenance subscription and they supposed to come in October, they did not. Then we call them because we felt that sometime was wrong with the AC, they came and told us that we have to change the WHOLE SYSTEM of AC, we ask for written diagnostic to see what was wrong and they did not provide it, instead they sent a seller to quote the new air system. We search for a second opinion and the AC was fine, but some circuit in the heater was burn, and the other technician managed to fix it for less than 500$. We have AC but no thanks to them🙃

We see where we went wrong and have addressed the situation with additional training and an employee termination from the company. An Ethics violation is not something that we tolerate at Elite. I spoke with your partner regarding the situation and completely agree with everything that you and he have said happened.
