  Keith is awesome! He's on time if not early. He solves the problem without overcharging or trying to bully you into more services. Definitely recommended for any emergencies you might have.

  They were very responsive and professional and ended up quoting less expensive than their competition. I ended up having to go with someone else due to a time constraint but really appreciated the interaction I had with them. Edit - Second company ended up flaking and went with these guys instead. They did a rush job for half the price and were amazing. I'd hire them in a heartbeat if I need anything else done.

  Keith came out, identified the issue with our kitchen sink and promptly repaired it. He was very courteous and tidy. The office scheduler was very nice and worked with my schedule. This was a pleasant and painless experience! We plan to use Eldridge & Sons for future plumbing issues.
