East Texas Handyman did an amazing job with all the repairs that needed to be done. They responded to my telephone calls/emails usually the same day or within hours. They were always prompt, professional and cleaned up after the job was completed. I will 100% recommend East Texas Handyman to anyone who needs home repairs.

It was easy. I got a quick appointment. The man was pleasant, courteous and did a great job! It exceeded my expectations!! And I had to do nothing but make the phone call. I would definitely use this service again and have already recommended them to someone else.

Extremely reliable service. The only handyman I felt wasn't ripping me off and his attention to detail and quality is outstanding! He will be working on every home project I have coming up. Highly recommend!

I would definitely not use this individual or services again as work was not satisfactory, unprofessional, and unresponsive.  Services performed were ceiling scraping, removal of electrical lights, removal of built-in cabinets, door replacements, painting, and fan removal and new installation.  Upon initial completion all looked good and payment was made to Q.  As a few weeks or so, starting seeing some issues with the ceiling that he had repaired and painted.  After a lengthy time to get a response he and another gentleman came back out and after looking things over agreed we did have a problem and he would get it taken care of.  Scheduled a day and time for the repairs and when that time arrived no one showed up.  Only after inquiring as to why no one showed up Q stated to me that he was not aware the person did not show up and he would find out why and let me know.  He did actually call back and give me some reason as to why and said the individual would be out the next day or so.  Eventually, an individual did show up, but it was someone else who I had not seen before.  He was onsite for approximately 2-3 hours and then left.  Once I looked things over and noticed not only had he not repaired the ceiling area correctly or satisfactory, I also noticed some damage to other parts of the ceiling and walls that he had damaged during his so called repair of the ceiling.  I immediately took pictures and notified Q.  Once he reviewed the pictures he made it clear to me that it was not properly repaired nor satisfactory he then let me know that he had hired and outsourced my job to someone else, but he would contact them and have them come back and correct.  Of course, I was not happy that he had hired and sent someone else to correct his work, but at that point could do nothing about it.  Q called me a day or so later to apologize for the horrible and unsatisfactory work and ASSURED me that was not the experience or quality of work I should have received and he would get it taken care of HIMSELF just as soon as he could schedule me in.  I waited for a couple of weeks and only after not hearing from Q I called/text him to see if and when he could get me scheduled.  No answer to either over the next day or so, but then got a text from someone else letting me know that Q had been out sick due to COVID-19 the last couple of weeks, but as soon as he was back up and working again he would get me scheduled and let me know.  After another 2 or 3 weeks and nothing from Q, I stated to try and get back in touch with him both calling and texting.  To date, I have still not received a text, call, email, or nothing!!!  It has now been a couple of months.

GREAT Handyman will be using his services for all our needs now on. He really went Above and Beyond, literally on the roof to fix our plumbing issues! He was Profesional and Nice. He even fixed a few things that didn't even know needed to be fixed. We will definitely use him in the Future and you should too. He won't Disappoint!

They  installed a garbage disposal incorrectly and dishwasher would not empty. Had to call a appliance repair and have a plug on the garbage disposal removed so dish washer would drain. I never got reimbursed for $129.99 I paid to have a appliance repair correct problem.

Q is a very very professional contractor. There is no limit as to what he can do as a contractor. There is no need to piece-meal a job when Q can do everything himself.  I had a huge remodeling project. It lasted at least 4-5 weeks. I never had a worry knowing Q was on the job. He even took time to juggle/entertain my 3 year old granddaughter, who constantly wanted to help him. I will definitely be using him again for any future projects I might have. I highly recommend him for any home projects “You” might have.
