Very very friendly and best prices I have experienced here in Longview.

Kenco completed a restore of steps last year and did a wonderful job. Therefore, when it came time for a new liner it was no question who we were going to get a quote from. They are competitive with their prices but the most wonderful thing is the customer service that starts from the beginning to the end. Their employees, Sabrina, Rocky, David and his crew, are one of the best things about them and cannot be beat. They are so knowledgeable and feel like family when they are at your home working on your pool! Kenco will forever be our pool store home for anything and everything! Thank you Kenco!!

I bought a new all-weather remote two years ago and two new pool pumps this year, and received very responsive services with both purchases. Kenco was very expeditious with installing, programming, and servicing our pool equipment. The service personnel that show up are informative and very helpful.

Our pool and all of the equipment were smashed by an oak tree in the May storm. The Kenco team has brilliantly restored everything - it's in better shape than it was before. James Miers is super fun to work with and cares about customer satisfaction. Their head installation guy, Rodrigo, is AMAZING!!!! I watched him install our liner by himself in 100 degree weather. He is a super hard worker and takes great care to perfectly trim and seal each light, skimmer, jet, and he even wears socks so he doesn't damage the liner!
During the project we discovered that underground water was severely seeping into the pool. They knew exactly how to deal with it by installing sump pumps.
Before this, we had been going to their store for help with water testing, repairing the polaris, and other small things. They are always super smart and helpful.
We are customers for life - Ken and the crew are very experienced, smart, and have proven to be top notch in every way.

Ken and his crew have gone above and beyond in helping us get a pool that had been drained and abandoned for years back up and running. The customer service has been outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone needing any sort of pool installation or repair done. They were always prompt, professional, and willing to offer help even if just over the phone when I had a question. We had other try to fix issues before them, but Ken and his guys were thrones to fix it right. Definitely save the headache and call them first.

I cannot say enough good things about Sabrina, David, Lopez, and Ken and the job they all did in installing our pool from start to finish.  This is what old fashioned business is like.  Taking care of the customer and standing behind what you say.  If you have/had a bad experience with this company, well that is shame on you.  I have already recommended them to several people who are in the market for a pool.  There is not one negative I could come up with in our whole experience.  To anyone thinking of putting in a pool.  This is the place for you.  All the workers Ken uses have such tremendous attention to detail that it speaks volumes about him and his company.

The absolute worst service I have ever received from any vendor I have used.  They do not respond for months at a time, will not return emails or phone calls in a timely manner and just don't seem to care about anything but their money.  I have kept a copy of every email and text and the times and dates from this company dealing with my poor service.  If you need some proof do not hesitate to ask.
