  They were not professional, called one week they never returned my call, called again they finally called ,the reason I called them was because they were the ones that installed the system to start with. They installed the new water heater the next day I went to check there work, I opened the door and the smell of propane about knocked me out, I called them 3 times ,messaged them still nothing ,o called propane company that came within 30 minutes, eagle plumbing didn't replace the propane line correctly and was leaking, very dangerous, they never did call ,I will never use this company again

  Not super happy with my service. They were nearly 3 hours late, when I called no one answered the phone. They were nice guys but they don't plumb through the wall and I had a pipe break.... I decided I wanted the leak fixed so I let them put a new pipe through the floor... I didn't mind paying more they literally just refused to do any work through the wall. In my opinion that's pretty unprofessional, what plumber refuses to fix a wall pipe issue and drills a hole through your tile floor? I should have just told them to stop and I'd hire someone else. Now I have to pay someone else to fix this. The 2 stars are because they were nice people and honest about the issue. I may just be more nitpicky than most people. If the photo I attached doesn't bother you then they will be great plumbers for you.

  Friendly and quality service. They came out for an emergency and we had great service. We then decided to get some additional work through them.
