I reached out to this company to clear a drain at a rental property. For start , the mature receptionist on the phone was very rude. Her unprofessional attitude paired with her rudeness was just disrespectful. An appointment was made for DYSON to come out the next day. They were to call my tenant to confirm appointment the day before. Well, they DID NOT show up the next day nor did they call me or my tenant. When I was able to finally reach someone two days later , the same receptionist boldly lies about calling my tenant and leaving voice mail (which we do not have record of such call. However receptionist was not very apologetic about the matter and treated it as if customer’s fault. I ended up calling another company . I would NOT recommend using DYSON PLUMBING company …I have used ALL CLEAR and ADAMS plumbing and none of them has ever been as unprofessional and ill-mannered as DYSON plumbing. Please respect your customers.

We had a pipe backup problem early on a Tuesday evening and I called and spoke to Robert, the plumber on call. He had some experience with my condominium development in the past and told me that he was reluctant to come alone because he expected it would be a two man job due to the old piping. He told me he would turn my problem in the following morning between 8:15 and 8:30 and that I would hear from someone shortly thereafter about a visit to inspect and hopefully repair the problem. When I did not receive a call by 9:30, I called and spoke to the receptionist, who told me that I would need to speak to Randy, who she said was tied up on a phone call at that time but would call me shortly. I sat around until 2 pm awaiting that call, and when it didn't come I called back and Randy answered the phone. He told me that he had been out of the office all day and that my call was the next one on his desk. After we briefly discussed the problem and the location he told me it would be at least Monday before he would have a plumber available to check on the cause of our problem. That would have been valuable information for me to have had at 9 am that morning so that I could have tried to arrange for another plumber. I will not call Dyson again, and I encourage everyone who reads this to not call them, so that they as a result will not have so much work that they are unable to treat each customer with the care and respect that each deserves. Either the receptionist misled me when she told me Randy was at the office on the phone when I called, or Randy misled me when he told me that he had been out of the office all morning. Either way, I do not believe that you can rely on these folks if you have a serious problem.

Nice experience. The two guys that came out were professional and explained the problem I was having well. Will use this company again.
