Batchelor’s installed a whole house gas powered generator for us. From the initial meeting with their representative to the final install and review of our system with us, we have been 100% pleased. They kept us informed and every service person who came was knowledgeable and professional. They service what they sell and regular maintenance is key in keeping out system available in power outages. Plus they came highly recommended by many people before we even made our initial contact.

Highly recommend using Batchelors. Have had nothing but great experiences with this wonderful company. From Mrs Sarah in the office to the absolutely wonderful technician.The technician Shawn Adams is very knowledgeable in his field and very courteous. He was prompt ,professional, and polite. He was very informative on what the problem was and was able to provide on the spot repairs. I will absolutely us Batchelors Service again for all of my heating and Air Conditioning needs in the future

Carlos was absolutely wonderful. The previous owners of our home had not kept up with the maintenance of the HVAC system. Carlos did a thorough clean and inspection and found a minor issue that would’ve been costly had it gone ignored any longer. I would definitely use them again.
