  My outdoor systems were acting up and turns out that they were completely shot. I called Drain Mechanics and they came out immediately. They took a quick look and knew exactly what was wrong. They repaired and replaced my entire system for a fair price and IN THE SAME DAY!!! I couldn't thank DrainMechanics enough. I would 1000% recommend to anyone who has any plumbing issues. Thank you guys so much!

  My water heater finally died on Tuesday. When I called Drain Mechanics Plumbing & Septic, the women who answered was very polite and helpful. She sent someone out that afternoon to assess the problem. At that point they scheduled my job for the next day. Steve Dotson arrived Wednesday and did a great job on the install of a new 50 gallon Rheem hot water heater. He installed a couple more perks at no additional cost and did a very professional job. He was friendly and informative. Thumbs up for Steve!

  I would highly recommend drain mechanics for whatever your needs are. Had to have an emergency pump out of my septic. Rachael the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Stephen and Collin who came out to complete the work were both friendly, personable, knowledgeable and professional. They did a great job in a timely manner.
