  I cannot say enough good things about Roger and Drain Doctors. He's taken care of two "rather emergency" situations for us over the years and always shows up on time, quickly, and charges a fair price. I know that if there's ever another situation at our home, he will be the first person I call and know I'll be taken care of with excellent service. I'd be happy to give 6 or 7 stars if I could (but 5 is as high as it goes).

  Called on a Tuesday to have my septic pumped because we are selling our house. Was told someone would be out some time within the week. The following Monday when no one had showed up yet I called to check on things and was told "yeah we pumped two tanks on Friday" I told them mine was not one of them. He took my name and number and said he would call me back when he was done in the field. He never called me backso I called in the morning again and was told I was on the schedule for Friday at noon, it's possible someone will come before than. Well here I sit, Friday, at 2pm and no one is here. I called to see what is up but got no answer. I left a voicemail but haven't heard back.
