  I spent over $1500. On Roto Rooter for a backed up pipe. About 2 weeks after they came out I had problems again because they never took care of the issue at hand. The guys from DR Drain Cleaning we’re phenomenal and professional. Fixed the problem in under an hour and answered some other questions I had. Dan and Kieth are excellent. My business will always go to these guys from now on. Highly recommend. Reasonable prices too.

  Used DR Drain as they were referred to me. No return call on first attempt. 2nd time I called was able to reach owner. We scheduled for 11:00, they didn't show. After another call and a text by me they eventually show up around 4:00. They spent 3 hours, didn't fix the blockage and said they wouldn't charge me the overtime after 5:00. Walked across the carpets in office building repeatedly with sewage on boots. Used my buckets for the waste and my mop to clean up. $570 and didn't fix blockage. I'm not feeling very good about choosing them.

  Great service, prompt, kept me updated when our pump was coming. Very thankful to have my bathroom back in working order in short amount of time & very reasonable cost. Great to do business with a reliable, local, trustworthy family owned business!!
