  Doug's Rooter was friendly & helpful from the first conversation. I explained the reoccuring issues with my plumbing & thought I would need the camera through the pipes to find the problem. I was bracing myself for a very expensive bill. He could've ran the cameras & charged me triple the amount, but he was very upfront & honest. He explained some other options to try first that could save me money & he was absolutely right. Ryan, the serviceman who did the work was on-time & very professional. He took the time to explain things & answered all my questions. The price was more than fair & they now have a faithful customer if I ever need their services again! I can't recommend them enough!

  We've used other plumbers and we are only using Doug's Rooter from now on. Not only are they persistent in finding the finding the problem, they clean up after themselves. This is no small thing, since many workers seem to have lost the art of common courtesy. I am very impressed and they have our business.

  we were very happy with Doug's rooter, the service rep was very helpful, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We had same day service. The cleanout to the septic tank was clogged, thank goodness it was not a septic tank issue with all this freezing weather. Thank you again.,
