I am in awe at the professionalism and the flow of the team that did all this work in one day. There were at least five people who came out to the house and each one had a specific job. This was a great team! They explained everything and taught me how to use and care for my new unit. Everyone was so polite! I've had a few questions and all I have to do is call this company, and somebody is very willing to help me. These people really care about the professionalism and quality of their work as well as the customer satisfaction and education of the product...a customer service that is slowly deteriorating. Jose R. has worked on my ancient gas fireplace a few times over the years but today he had to perform a full on replacement of the fan and some other components. Today, like previous visits, he was very nice, knowledgeable, and prompt. The dispatchers I've spoken with at Campbell and Company are always very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Jose at C and C for any gas fireplace maintenance and repair.

Jose and his colleague were professional and amazing!They answered both my general HVAC and quote questions. When they arrived, they briefly explained the start to finish and provided me updates. Being honest, paying attention to the customer's needs and setting the expectations are what makes this company standout in my opinion I highly recommend Campbell & Company!
