  Oscar was on time, work was explained throughout the process. The work performance was excellent to all details. Cleaned up after, and used foot covering to help minimize the dirt and debris from entering home. Amazing attitude throughout the work performance. Definitely will call again if I need a plumber and will recommend to everyone. Brandon was polite and great job done as well. Great team. Thank You. The cost for repairs was also good.

  If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! I own a property management company for short term rentals and was having an issue with a hot water heater. I could not find any plumbers on the same day but Doug’s came to the rescue. From the initial phone call to the entire process, I could not believe how professional and easy the process was. I am so thankful for them because we had a guest checking in that same day at 4 PM! They were able to come out within hours and fix the entire issue. Customer service is fabulous. Joan was the best, and I would totally recommend them.

  We needed our water pressure reduced. My husband had seen Doug's Plumbing trucks in the neighborhood so decided to give them a call. They got us in the following morning. Advised when tech was headed our way. Took care of business in a friendly, professional and timely manner. We especially appreciated that the service call fee is not added on if you have them do the work. We will continue to use them for any plumbing needs and recommend them to our friends and neighbors.
