  Working with Austen Plumbing Company was an exceptional experience. My older parents had a water leak in their house and needed help immediately. Austen, to company owner, understood the emergency and addressed all project steps in very professional and timely matter, including dealings with insurance. I would recommend Austen Plumbing to any of my friends, and I will definitely keep their contact information for any future plumbing jobs in my or my parent’s home.   Austen Plumbing was the most professional and reasonably priced plumber I have ever used. Austen arrived early and worked all day to ensure that I had hot water before leaving. Two days later the same plumber returned to install pipe insulation that was not part of the contract. I highly recommend Austen Plumbing and tankless water heaters.

  Austen Plumbing came in to my work site (new construction) after the original plumber bailed on me. He assessed the situation and listened to what I wanted and was trying to do. He provided timely estimates for the work I wanted. He performed the work in the estimates as written and made suggestions for improvement when he saw a need for it. He accommodated all of my changes as they came about, again making suggestions for improvement. We are just about at the finish line for this project and his work site has been neat, and he has been professional and on time. During this time I also had two water leaks at my residence. Austen Plumbing came to the house promptly, once from another job site, and repaired both leaks. He coordinated with the insurance adjustors and repairmen. On the first leak, he saved me and the insurance company possibly thousands of dollars when two other plumbers wanted to cut into the slab to repair the leak. Austen Plumbing used some state of the art equipment to determine the leak was not in the slab but about 1 foot above the slab in a line going up an outside wall. If you want a reliable, effective, and efficient plumber, use Austen Plumbing.
