  We’ve used their services for years and they are the most professional, honest and reasonably priced plumbing company you could ever ask for. Technicians are well trained, knowledgeable and courteous. Plus they’re Covid compliant with Dave masks. I highly recommend Doug Hambel’s Plumbing.

  I’ve used them for 4 residential plumbing issues: water heater thermistor, main valve replacement, garbage disposal backup, and a water spigot over the last 5 years. I consider them “my plumber”. I’ve had 2 techs for all my repairs. They are highly skilled plumbers in my opinion. I will continue to be loyal to them. However, the techs don’t have the greatest “bedside manner”. They’re not mean, they’re just not pleasant. Their receptionist is really nice, but very inflexible. Given my loyalty to them I’d expect them to give me a break on scheduling or maybe know who I am when I call, but they don’t. Maybe that’s a nit, but I feel giving them all of the business over the years we’d have developed a relationship, but nah. They don’t do estimates or give advice, so if they come to your house, you’re going to pay a $95 service charge. I’ve used another plumber for a faucet issue and was not impressed in comparison. I would highly recommend Doug Hambel’s plumbing for your residential needs. Expect excellent craftsmanship but not so great customer service.

  Kyle, we appreciate feedback and we also appreciate your business. We strive to get to everyone as quickly as possible, we feel fortunate to be so busy and believe it's because we strive to serve our customers, to the best of our abilities. I did check our schedule, and the receptionist did note in our schedule, to call and move you up if we get a cancellation, which we commonly do. If someone has a stoppage and no use or water or sewer facilities at their home, we work to get them as promptly as possible. As far as the estimate you mentioned, for a 95.00 charge, that is incorrect, so we're not sure who gave you that information. We do no typically charge for estimates, many can be given over the phone and when we need to visit the site, that is done at no charge. Exceptions to that would be if they require long distance travel, or if we have to do camera inspections that require and hour or two, then there is a charge, but for most cases, there is no charge.   Our realtor recently referred Doug Hambel's Plumbing to us for a sink that was not working in our recently purchased condo. Glen was our technician and was AMAZING!!! We were still in the process of getting moved in so it was a little hectic when he was there with other deliveries, etc. Glen stayed focused and professional despite me asking him to take care of another item in the middle of him fixing a leaking pipe. I highly recommend them and will definitely call again for any plumbing needs!
