  Extremely professional, knowledgeable, & informative. Communication was excellent! Called to schedule an appointment & there was a cancellation so same day service. Called to inform me technician was on the way, then received a call he would be delayed by 45 minutes. Extremely pleased with the communication rather than waiting & wondering as I’ve experienced with other repair services when they would show up. My home is 70 years old, the technician did a complete inspection of all plumbing & pointed out a few minor issues that I can repair on my own. Due to age of home, Re piping will need to be done, but was reassured that due to location of my Bathroom, Kitchen, & Laundry it will be less complicated than other homes. I am extremely happy & grateful for this business, price was very reasonable & I highly recommend this business

  Brad called to see if he could come early and we were thrilled! He was very professional and clean out this old beach house’s connection to the city’s sewer line. If he made a mess, I never saw it! My kitchen was spotless when he left. I would highly recommend Brad and Benjamin Franklin plumbing. Thank you, Brad!!

  Aaron and the whole crew did a fabulous job at re-plumbing my home. The crew was professional and put my nerves at ease, every step of the way.
